Empire State of Moms, Jack and Jill International, experienced the legacy of a cinematic landmark with a private, curator-led tour of the Museum of the Moving Image—featuring an exclusive focus on The Wiz and its artifacts. The group got up close to original costumes, props, concept art, and production materials from the iconic 1978 film. More than just a musical, The Wiz was a groundbreaking moment in NYC filmmaking—shot on location across the city and featuring an all-Black cast. It was this film that spotlight New York as a creative hub for diverse storytelling. Kaufman-Astoria saw the success of this film and was essentially what brought filmmaking back to NYC post WWII.
Vanessa’s Dumpling House: Dumpling Making Class with Amazon Employees
Founder of Vanessa’s Dumpling House, Vanessa Weng shared her story of starting Vanessa’s Dumpling House over 20 years ago. It was more than a cooking class—it was a journey into tradition, storytelling, and the joy of sharing food made with care. Vanessa showed Amazonians how to roll out dumplings, fill them and wrap them. She went table by table to show them and finally judged the top three dumpling makers.

NY Liberty Game Experience and On-Court Free Throw
An unforgettable New York Liberty game at Barclays Center—where the energy of WNBA excellence met group camaraderie. Winner of WNBA championships in 2024, our group enjoyed the thrill of world-class basketball during the season as they watched the NY Liberty climb their way to the Championships. We took the excitement of the game to the next level with exclusive post-game court access, where each guest got the rare chance to step onto the professional court and take a free throw shot. Even the youngest fan got to take a shot.

The Art of the Score: E.T., Extra-Terrestrial Screening and Score Performed by the NY Philharmonic
It was an afternoon of wonder of one of cinema’s most beloved films featuring the New York Philharmonic performing John Williams’ iconic score live to a full screening of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. It was held at the stunning David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center. The event brought Spielberg’s timeless story of friendship and adventure to life with the sweeping emotional power of a live orchestra.
